Newport MUD Tropical Storm Nicholas Update

Due to Tropical Storm Nicholas, the Newport MUD’s Parks and Trails will be closed starting at 12:00 pm on Monday, September 13, 2021, and will remain closed until Wednesday, September 15, 2021.

Harris County has issued a Tropical Storm warning for our area. Please secure any loose items and bring in any trash cans that may block storm drains from draining.

The District Operation staff is in District and will remain in District throughout the Storm. If you have any water or wastewater emergencies, please call our 24-hour emergency number at 281-324-9803 and an Operator will be dispatched to assist.
